We arrange for a variety of training programs and workshops for the people at Mega Lifesciences, as the development of our human capital is as important as financial growth.

'MINDS WE SHARE' is an approach to organize hands-on meetings with renowned speakers and experts, with the purpose of exchanging knowledge that participants then cascade to their worldwide teams. Recent speakers have included Dr Park, Partner of Blue Ocean Strategy, Dr Clotaire Rapaille, author of ‘The Culture Code’, Jason Jennings, Curt W Coffman, Dr Eric De Smet, Fredrik Haren, Dr Jody Hoffer Gittell and Robert Spector.

EXCELLENCE ACADEMY

We’ve designed and implemented the Mega Master Management (MMM) program in collaboration with Thailand’s Mahidol University. The course provides managers with the tools to improve their skills, as well as knowledge to enhance employee engagement, empowerment, commitment, retention and productivity.

The 12-month program includes classroom training for at least one day per month and the implementation of projects and certification from Mahidol University’s Centre for Management.

We’ve so far carried out 67,380 hours of training in 2018 globally at various locations of Mega Lifesciences.

We greatly value our workers’ human rights and provide them healthy and hygienic working conditions. MEGA respects and observes the labour laws of its countries of operations and files reports as required. our Business Ethics and Code of Conduct also bar employee discrimination on any grounds.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Mega Lifesciences maintains meticulous safety records to report to the Ministry of Labour as well as to the Management and Board of Directors of Mega Lifesciences.

Additionally, the company has a dedicated safety team for manufacturing locations and a stringent safety code employees have to adhere.
