CREATING SHARED VALUE

One of the ways we attend to our responsibility is through our philosophy of Creating Shared Value (CSV) activities at Mega Lifesciences. These are led and guided by our CEO and Chief Coach, Mr Vivek Dhawan. In this way we can create an organization that grows and adapts before it is forced to change.

These CSV activities include proposing strategy, processes, and implementation of initiatives for a sustainable organization, and is the responsibility of the Directors, Management and employees to implement.
